Sambhudev (11:26:14): You can do that by opening your McAfee product and click on “Virus and Spyware Protection” then click on “Scan my PC” and select the scan option that you want like “Quick Scan”, “full scan” and “Schedule scan”.
Customer (11:27:20): No such option.
Sambhudev (11:27:56): Could you please give me the email address registered with McAfee?

Sambhudev (11:34:13): I can see that your McAfee product is working fine. You need not do a manual scan often as McAfee will be scanning your PC in the back ground.
Sambhudev (11:35:04): There will be 4 boxes and the first one is name “Virus and Spyware protection”. Please click on that and select “scan your Pc”.
Customer (11:36:42): No such option. So thanks for your time. Please tell manager that we will never be using your products again.

Sambhudev (11:40:17): Usually McAfee have an option as I said. Since I am unable to locate your product and you are not chatting from the PC in which the product is installed I am not able to help you in this issue.
Sambhudev (11:41:31): I recommend you contact us from the PC in which McAfee is installed so that we will be able to take Remote Access and show you the options that are available in your McAfee product.
Customer (11:42:16): Which is why a users manual is a good thing to have.
